Are you trying to find new things for your family to do this summer? Perhaps you are looking at a new pool for your home, but have a few concerns about it? Choosing a swimming pool is always a huge step for most families. They are not always cheap and they do require a lot of maintenance, but in the end, most are well worth the cost. The good news is, there are good pools out there and they do not have to cost you a small fortune. That is the idea behind Summer Escapes, but many people question if they are able to live up to their promise. We’ll cover all of that in this review so you know what you’re getting yourself into.
This pool has three different sizes available for you to choose from and all of them are affordable for most people. Even the largest size pool is under $300 and has enough space for several kids to splash around and a couple adults as well. They setup easily and come with a barrier ladder, ground cloth, maintenance kit, the pump, and a cover. Within minutes you can be adding water to the pool.
The Summer Escapes frame pool measures in at 18ft by 48in. It holds approximately 6,000 gallons of water and comes with everything you need to set it up; including the ground cloth to protect the bottom of the pool from punctures. All steel is rust resistant and powder coated. It has a quick release drain plug that can attach to a standard garden hose. The sidewalls are made with triple layer polstrength PVC and there is an inner mesh to provide it with more strength and durability.
One of the first things people notice about these pools is the price and the fact that there are a few Summer Escapes pool sizes available. They can range from 10ft x 30in to 15ft x 42in. It depends on how many people you have in your family and how much room you want to have inside of it. In appearance and style, they are very similar to the popular Intex Pools, but their prices and size choices are very different.
They are very easy to set up and have a pool filter included with the pump so that you know the water will be clean when you want to get in the swimming pool. You can choose a soft sided pool or a bowl pool if you want one. If you want more room, you may prefer the 18ft x 48in hard sided pool. In either case, there are some Summer Escapes pool reviews that state you may have some issues with the pool.
One of the biggest complaints that people have about these pools is that the pump did not last long. Therefore, if they wanted to continue using it, they had to purchase a new pump. Many of the owners have attempted to contact Summer Escapes, but were left unimpressed with the less than stellar customer support team. Many pool owners also state that for the price of a new pump, they opted to just purchase another pool altogether. Even still, there are several buyers who give it a 4-5-star rating and claim that they have never had any issues with it.
